We renovated and staged this condo as our personal vacation home and spared no expense, so we’re excited to share it with our VIP guests.

This modern 3-Bed, 2-Bath, comfortably sleeps 6-8 (1 King, 2 Twins, and 2 Queen Pullouts), and features a fully renovated kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and private balcony overlooking the award-winning state of the art Mustang and Flamingo golf courses. The villa was fully remodeled in 2022 and situated in the Greenlinks community of Lely Resort featuring a clean, spacious, high ceilings interior, modern furnishing, décor, and unbeatable amenities!

The Condo:

Lounge in the comfort of a fully loaded Smart Home. High Speed Internet, four Large 4K Smart TVs (Netflix and Comcast Xfinity HD programming), Wireless cell phone chargers, Smart keypad door lock and Nest Thermostat means you are in full control of your accommodation. Fully-stocked kitchen with white quartz countertop is equipped with top of the line appliances (coffee, toaster, etc.), fridge with ice maker, brand new stove, dishwasher and all cooking utensils. Complete with new full-sized stacked washer and dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron and steamer. Every room is also equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, walk in closet, and a spacious en suite with a beautifully tiled frameless glass shower, stand alone tub, and two vanities. You are going to love a beautiful golf course view through its huge bay window. Enjoy your early breakfast and stunning sunrise scenery on our screened patio-furnished balcony with access from both the living room and master bedroom, overlooking the palm trees, ponds, and prestigious Lely Resort's Flamingo Island and Mustang golf courses.

The second bedroom with bright white, beachy Florida décor, has two new comfy twin beds, and access to the second bathroom with a large glass frameless shower and gorgeous glossy floors.

The third bedroom has a comfortable leather queen sofa pull-out, with a spacious closet and a big window facing palm trees. This room can also function as a Home Office, with a white desk, printer, and a computer monitor for your convenience.

There is also a desk in the foyer for your convenience in case you and someone else both need a space to work.

Whether you’re going to the beach, or taking a day trip, we are pleased to offer complimentary: Beach towels, small and large coolers, ice packs, beach chairs and umbrellas, a kneeboard, tennis racquets, pickleball racquets/paddles, badminton set, golf set, a volleyball, a frisbee, sand and water toys. Coming back from a day trip? Or maybe it’s too hot to stay outside? We have chess, checkers, backgammon, board games and dominos for you to enjoy indoors in the cool comfort.

Resort amenities:

The unit is a few steps away from a large outdoor resort-style heated salt-water pool with a waterfall feature, lounge chairs, a hot tub, new BBQ grills and picnic tables. Enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center/gym, card room, tennis courts, bocce ball court, pickleball court, and shuffleboard courts. There is also a free-of-charge parking space in front of each unit in the community. We are just a 3-minute walk to the golf pro shop and Sam Snead's Tavern for fine dining.

For Golfers:

Complimentary golf rounds are included in this rental for each stay between May 15th and Oct 15th (Approximate value of $160, Golf cart fee is not included)

A short drive to endless sandy beaches, Marco Island, Quaint Downtown Naples, the famous 5th Ave with fashion, dining, and exquisite galleries, the 3rd street south market place and the 19th Century Naples pier that offers fishing, as well as romantic strolls to watch the dolphins and the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The city is also perfect for nature lovers with plenty of bike/hike trails and beautiful reserves. We are one of the closest resorts to the Everglades National Park. For a day full of family fun, you can take a crocodile spotting airboat tour, head to the Naples Zoo, or visit the Botanical Gardens.
